Asked by Anonymous

Answer (3)

You can make 3 and 3/7 into a improper fraction as 24/7 by multiplying 7 by 3 which is 21 and then adding that to 3 which gives you to answer 24/7. To find the reciprocal you simply flip the fraction which gives you 7/24

Before we begin remember that:
a c b = b ( a ∗ c ) + b
Now, for the given:
We have the number 3 7 3
1- Changing it into a fraction:
Using the above rule, we can deduce that:
3 7 3 = 7 ( 3 ∗ 7 ) + 3 = 7 24
2- Getting the reciprocal:
To get the reciprocal, we simply flip the fraction
This means that the reciprocal of 7 24 is 24 7
Hope this helps :)
