In this question, there are two different moons, so it will be two different mass conversion. In Earth moon, the 120lb person will become 20 lb. So the conversion rate is: 20lb/120lb= 1/6 times or 0.167 times
In Jupiter moon, the 150lb person will become 28 lb. So the conversion rate is: 28lb/150lb= 0.187 times
The ratio of earth:jupiter moon would be: 0.167 / 0.187 = 0.891 times. Then the person will weight most at jupiter moon

The 150 lb person weighs more at 28 lb on Io compared to the 120 lb person who weighs 20 lb on the Moon. Therefore, the person on Io has the greater weight. This is due to differences in gravity on the two moons.
